Pam Freese, MSW, LCSW

Pam is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Indiana where she has worked for 32 years. Pam’s work has included New Hope, Damar Homes, Summer Trace Retirement Community, and Wishard (now Eskenazi) Hospital, and Crossroads Rehabilitation. She has been a Social Worker with St. Vincent Hospice and St. Vincent Home Care since 1993 where she continues to be employed on a part-time basis. Much of Pam’s focus is on supportive counseling to those with chronic illnesses as well as their caregivers. She has facilitated bereavement support groups, and provided education and counseling on grief, loss, dementia, and Alzheimer’s, with the emphasis placed upon support to the Caregiver. Pam is fluent in Spanish.
