We accept the following insurance plans:

Please check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance company the following questions as services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan:​

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• What is my deductible and has it been met?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

• Is pre-authorization required for my insurance carrier?

Please note: Services including psychoeducational testing may not be covered by insurance as "medically necessary" services. Additionally, forensic/legal services, IEE evaluations, and capacity evaluations are not billable to insurance. As a result, these services are considered an out-of-pocket expense. 

We are out-of-network with any Medicaid plans; including HIP, Medwise, HooseirHealthwise, Caresource etc.If we are out of network with your insurance, you will be responsible for the full fee at the time of service.

If you have out of network benefits, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance in order to get reimbursed based on what your plan allows.
