Do you take my insurance?
We are in network with the following insurance companies:

However, we still recommend check your coverage carefully by asking your insurance company the following questions as services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan:

Please Note:

Services such as forensic/legal services and capacity or guardianship evaluations are not billable to insurance. As a result, these services are considered an out-of-pocket expense.

If we are out of network with your insurance, you will be responsible for the full fee at the time of service.

If you have out of network benefits, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance in order to get reimbursed based on the details of your policy.
We are not in network with:
All Medicaid plans including HIP, Medwise, HooseirHealthwise, Caresource etc.
How long until I get my results?
Neuropsychological evaluation reports are typically completed within 1-2 weeks from the date of your assessment. A copy will be sent to your referring physician and also give you a copy will be sent to you shortly following your feedback appointment.
Do I need a referral from my physician?
For any assessments (i.e. neuropsychological or psychological) ING does require a referral from a physician in order for a patient to be seen.
This is because most insurance plans do require that you obtain a referral in order for neuropsychological services to be covered, additionally with the referral we require:

The most recent office notes pertaining to the referral request

any recent neuroimaging reports you may have (i.e. MRI, CT, EEG)

any previous evaluation reports you may have
this provides your neuropsychologist with important information and background that will be diagnostically usefull.
For therapy, no referral is required.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
If you are an existing therapy patient, you may be able to get a same day appointment depending on the availability of your provider.
However, Neuropsychological evaluations are not available for same day appointments. This is because our office staff will need to check your insurance benefits to determine coverage and any potential out of pocket costs, to contact your referring physician to ensure we have received sufficient medical history, and you will need to have the day free to ensure you are able to get through the testing battery.
