Ayca Byerley, PhD, HSPP

Adult Neuropsychologist

Dr. Byerley is a licensed clinical psychologist, specializing in adult clinical neuropsychology. Dr. Byerley completed her APA approved pre-doctoral internship at Rush University in Chicago, IL. She then completed her APPCN affiliated post-doctoral fellowship in clinical neuropsychology at the Indiana University School of Medicine.
 
Dr. Byerley has extensive experience working with adults with various neurological, medical, and psychiatric conditions, including epilepsy, dementia, brain injury, stroke, cancer, and demyelinating disorders. Dr. Byerley’s clinical practice consists of adult neuropsychological evaluations that emphasize a comprehensive approach to assessment of cognitive and psychological factors that may be contributing to the presenting concerns. She provides prompt feedback to the patient, family members, and referring physicians to timely facilitate any potential interventions. Additionally, Dr. Byerley also does psychotherapy with adults, focusing on anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.
